Forging body and mind against PD

Athletic and engineering tools brought to the work of accomplishing great things with PD

I sit at an unusual intersection — athlete, systems thinker, and person with PD. I use these attributes to train hard, follow the science closely, and share what actually works. One of my goals for my PD journey is to give other people with Parkinson’s more capability, more agency, and more reason to expect more from themselves and from the science. If this sounds like something you can relate to, you’re in the right place.

What you’ll find here

The Body

Training as medicine. How to approach training against Parkinson’s — the protocols, the numbers, the science behind why intensity, strength, and explosive power matter more than most people think.

The Mind

The science, and how I use it. Research I’m following, questions I’m bringing to my care team, and how AI has become a real part of navigating this — evidence-graded, not hyped.

The Story

The human side. Diagnosis, family, the people I’ve met along the way, and what Parkinson’s has changed about how I see the work of being alive.
